Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Barmagly. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Agreement
By engaging with Barmagly, you agree to the terms of our project agreements, which outline scope, timelines, and deliverables. All projects are governed by Swiss law.
2. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Barmagly retains ownership of all underlying code and frameworks. Upon full payment, clients are granted a comprehensive license to use the final product for its intended purpose.
3. Payment Terms
Payments are typically structured in milestones. Work begins upon receipt of the initial deposit. Late payments may result in project suspension or delays.
4. Limitation of Liability
Barmagly provides services "as is" and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our software.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swiss federal courts.
